Printed-circuit boards

Substrates / base materials:

  • All standard materials, from "epoxy to Teflon", from "PEN to PI (Capton)"

    Versions:

    • Single-sided printed-circuit boards, etched, copper thickness on request up to 400µ
    • Two-sided printed-circuit boards, plated
    • In every material thickness, from 50µ to materials in thicknesses of several mm
    • From "flexible" to "rigid"/ "mechanically stable"
    • Various covers, matched to requirements: Flexible, rigid, glass-hard or removable

        3d-MIDs

        Three-dimensional mechatronic components (3-D MIDs, 3-D Molded Interconnect Devices)

        MIDs are injection-molded formed parts with integrated conductor layout structures. Three-dimensional printed-circuit boards made using thermoplastic material and its metallization are suitable to be used for post-formed electronic components. The base printed-circuit board is produced cheaply in flat form, fitted out and then formed into a three-dimensional shape. This offers savings in terms of space, volume and weight.

        Versions:

        • POP (plating on plastic); metallization and texturing of industrial polymers
        • Generation of three-dimensional printed circuit structures
        • End-finishing: All commercially available systems

          MIDs make it possible to combine electronic and mechanical functions and create practically any shape of printed-circuit board.
